Bellwood Dental Co. respects your privacy. This page explains, plainly and truthfully, what this website does — and, just as importantly, what it doesn't do — with your information.

The short version: this website has no backend, sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing about you. When you send us a message, it travels through your own WhatsApp or email app — never through our servers, because we don't have any.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website is a static site with no backend, no database, and no server-side form processing. It does not collect, transmit, or retain any personal data on its own.

How the contact and booking forms work

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. The booking form additionally asks for a service, a preferred date and time, and optional notes.

When you press "Send via WhatsApp" or "Send via Email", the website does not send that information anywhere itself. Instead, it opens your own WhatsApp or email application with the details you typed pre-filled as a draft message. You can review, edit, or discard that draft before anything is sent. Nothing is transmitted to, or stored by, this website at any point.

Once you choose to send the message, the conversation lives in WhatsApp or your email service, and is governed by those services' own privacy policies and terms — not by this website.

A note about health information

Appointment requests sometimes include health-related details in free-text fields. Please don't include sensitive medical history in the form — a brief note about what you'd like help with is plenty. Detailed medical information belongs in the appointment itself, where it can be discussed and recorded appropriately by our clinical team.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or tracking technologies of any kind.

Third-party services

A few third-party services are involved in showing you this website, and interacting with them is subject to their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is an embedded Google Maps frame. Loading it involves your browser connecting to Google, which may set its own cookies within that frame.
• WhatsApp (wa.me) — if you choose the WhatsApp option on a form or tap a WhatsApp button, you're handed off to WhatsApp, operated by Meta.
• Image delivery networks — the photographs on this site are served by Unsplash and Sanity's content delivery network (cdn.sanity.io). Your browser requests images from them directly, as it does with any website's images.

Your choices

Because this website stores nothing, there is nothing here to request, correct, or delete. If you've messaged us on WhatsApp or by email and would like that conversation removed from our devices, just ask — contact details are below. You can also manage the copy on your side through your own WhatsApp or email account.
